Herbs for Constipation

These herbs are amazing at getting the bowel to move without giving you explosive diarrhea like some laxatives can. They actually get the peristaltic action of the bowel happening which helps with the movement and because they are herbs the fibre bulks out the bowel helping the movement and health of the large intestine.

Water and exercise are two simple things to help get your bowel moving, at least 1-1/2 litres per day and a good 25 to 30 minute walk or swim a day will get the bowel moving naturally.

This simple large intestine self massage is a must for anyone who is constipated, it can be done morning & night. Give it a week's trail and you will so notice the difference.

So if you're not emptying your bowel fully once a day then you are constipated and you need to try a few things to get you regular.

Water, fibre and movement are the 3 simple thingsthat you can easily do each day. So at least 1-1/2 litres of water a day with helpings of veggies which are full of fibre and then walking or any cardio activity you enjoy for at least 20 minutes will help immensely.
