Immune Probiotics
These Immune Probiotics are for those of us who fall to cold and flus during those colder months.
If you're on a probiotic it's always good to change them around every three months or so to feed the many other strains of microbiome who help us stay healthy.
Other foods that feed these little fellas are apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, kim chi, kefir and kombucha. Foods that upset their balance are refined sugars, excess coffee, alcohol and carbohydrates (these turn into sugar).
And don't forget how important water is for us in this change of season. At least a litre of water a day to keep your immune system alive and working.
Enjoy,
Tabitha
