Keeping warm this Winter

It's the first day of winter which means it's time to pull out those scarfs and hats. Keep the back of the neck warm especially on those cold windy days. Get cooking those soups, stews and broths also to ward away the cold. Winter is also the time when there's a decrease in yang reminding us to do a little less and sleep a little more through the shortening of days. And enjoy a healthy winter.
