Kicking Coffee? Then Matcha Tea is for you

It's loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals containing protein, fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, carotene, vitamin a,c & d.
It has a distinct strong green tea taste which personally I love. But don't be shy, give it a go.
I find when that coffee detox headache hits, the matcha eases it, also helping with that foggy feeling when your body is detoxing.
Even if you're not totally giving up coffee, matcha is a great tea to have in your life.
